We are a strength training company helping men and women get strong, add lean muscle, and reduce fat. Whether you’re simply looking to improve your overall fitness level, training for a specific sport, or have an upcoming event, we’ve got you covered.

 

They key is to focus on strength. Everything else will follow.

 

CSR

CSR stands for Calories, Steps & Reps. It all comes down to just that. Getting strong, adding muscle mass, and reducing fat is a simple numbers game. It’s all about how many calories, steps, and reps you get in.

 

THE FORMULA

We have a formula that works, including a simple but very effective weight training workout, cardio plan, and diet plan which we will customize around your goals. There are four 45 to 60-minute weight workouts per week, a weekly step/cardio goal, and optional weekly fitness challenge workouts that last 15 to 20-minutes, if you choose to do them. We have both at-home and in-gym fitness options depending upon your situation.

 

OUR APP ROCKS

Using our online fitness app, you can track your progress, including body weight, daily food and beverage consumption, nutrition stats, workouts, steps, reps, and much more. Our app calculates calories and macros for you. All you have to do is input what you consumed. You can view thousands of meals and food items with complete nutritional breakdowns. You can also track your habits, such as water consumption, sleep, and other activities that affect your life.

Instructional videos are available to show you how to perform our CSR Strength Program exercises with proper form. Everything you need is right in the online app!

 

NUTRITION MEAL PLAN

We are going to show you how many calories to consume per day based upon your desired body weight, with detailed macronutrient targets. It’s that simple. There is no guess work. Follow the program and you will be strong, look strong, lean, and feel great!

CSR Strength Team Members are Certified Personal Trainers. Every CSR Team Member is required to have an ISSA Personal Training Certification, Strength Training & Conditioning Certification, and Nutrition Specialist Certification.
